The interior design of the hotel is striking. The spa facilities are truly exceptional, offering a fantastic way to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even surprised my partner with a birthday message! We enjoyed the lovely garden view, especially during breakfast.

The buffet breakfast remained largely the same each day, which can feel repetitive.

The hotel boasts stunning interiors and a relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely pool area and fantastic spa services. However, the experience was marred by poor service, especially at the bar, and high dining prices that didn’t match the quality. Not a perfect stay, but still enjoyable overall.

Spent 3 nights in a beautifully converted convent. The spa was really good like something you'd find in a Roman palace. The breakfast was honestly the best I've ever had, all fresh and delicious.

Didn’t come cheap, let's just say it was on the pricey side.

A Picturesque Retreat with Exceptional Dining

My stay in this beautifully converted convent was truly memorable, with stunning décor and a lovely ambiance. The restaurant experience was exceptional, offering creative dishes that showcased local flavors beautifully. The grounds were peaceful, and I enjoyed morning walks through the gardens that added to the serene atmosphere. However, I encountered some delays in service during breakfast which detracted from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the dining experience was a major letdown. The main course I ordered came out cold, which was incredibly frustrating. To add to that, the service was extremely slow, with long waiting times between courses. I expected a lot more from a 5-star hotel.

We enjoyed the amazing spa and the gorgeous gardens, but the room felt a tad small for the price. Would return for the culinary experience!

The transformation from an old convent to a luxurious retreat is enchanting! I was captivated by the amazing lavender field views right from my room's balcony. It felt like living in a postcard. Every meal was a culinary delight, with fresh ingredients sourced from their own gardens adding an authentic touch to my dining experience.
